Harmadik Szent István-napi ünnepségét tartja augusztus 24-én, délelőtt 10 órától a Phoenix-i Magyar Kulturális Egyesület (HCAP). Szeretettel várunk minden felnőttet és gyereket, aki együtt ünnepelné velünk a magyarság egyik legfontosabb történelmi pillanatát és a független magyar államot jelképező első királyt.

Programpontok:

-vetítés

-a gyerekekről sem feledkezünk meg, akikkel megismertetjük az ünnep történelmi hátterét, mesét hallhatnak Szent Istvánról és egy kreatív kézművesfoglalkozáson is részt vehetnek

Helyszín:

Mind and Body Kids, ahol a családosok azt is megnézhetik, milyen helyszínen tartjuk kétheti gyakorisággal a Napocska Magyar Iskolát és aki úgy dönt, a helyszínen be is íratkozhat a következő félévre.

Ingyenes – adományt szívesen fogadunk, melyet a Phoenix-i Magyar Kulturális Egyesület és a Napocska Iskola javára fordítunk.

Szeretettel fogadunk sütemény vagy egyéb harapnivaló felajánlást is, melyet közösen fogunk elfogyasztani a vetítés után.

The Hungarian Cultural Association of Phoenix is celebrating the foundation of Hungary as a Christian state and its founder, St. Stephen on August 24th at 10am. Please join us in remembering one of the most important events in the History of Hungary, as well as the king who ensured that the Hungarians survived in the Carpathian Basin.

Program:

-projection of videos related to St. Stephen and the celebration of State Foundation Day in Hungary

-there is going to be fun activities for children as well through which they will learn about this historical event, listen to stories about St. Stephen, and work on creative arts and crafts

Location:

Mind and Body Kids ,where families with children will also be able to look around and see where do we hold the bi-weekly activities for the Napocska Hungarian School, and will have the opportunity if they wish, to sing up for the upcoming semester.

Entrance:

Free – donations accepted. All donations will go towards the activities of the Hungarian Cultural Association of Phoenix and its Napocska Hungarian School.

We also welcome donations of pastries or some finger food that we will eat together after the projection of the videos.
