Language Opportunities for Adults
Begginers
We are offering Hungarian language classes for Beginners in 14 week sessions.
Groups meet each Wednesday for 1 hour at 5:30pm (MST). Classes are held online. You are welcome to join us from anywhere, just make sure to set an additional clock to Arizona time (which is MST).
Sign up for classes by filling out this form and booking your session below.
*We need 4 students to start the class. If you sign up and we don’t have enough students for the class you signed up for, we will refund your money or give you a choice to join another class if appropriate.
**If after two classes, you decide the program is not for you, we will refund your money, except the $28 for the classes you took.
***Prices ($13.57/class) are considered donations. HCAP is a 501(c) 3 tax-exempt organization that is supported from your generous donations. Your donations go towards expenses for cultural and educational events as well as expenses related to online tools such as Zoom account, Padlet, etc.

Basic-Intermediate
We are planning to offer Hungarian language classes for Basic-Intermediate level in 14 week sessions.
Groups meet each Wednesday for 1 hour at 7pm (MST). Classes are held online. You are welcome to join us from anywhere, just make sure to set an additional clock to Arizona time (which is MST).

If you are interested in practicing the language outside if the Language Classes, please check out our FREE opportunities that we offer. We have two meetups that are conversation centered and we use both English and Hungarian to include both speakers and non-speakers of Hungarian. The Beszélsz Magyarul – Hungarian Happy Hour is a monthly meetup as well as the Community Tuesday (Közösségi Kedd). The latter one is always thematic with a guest speaker.
