Büszkeséggel és hálával tölt el minket, hogy a Phoenix-i Magyar Kulturális Egyesület által működtetett Szülők Klubja és Napocska Magyar Iskola felkeltette a szerkesztők figyelmét. Iskolánkról riport készült, melyet a Duna World, Öt kontinens egy nemzet műsorában játszottak be.

Saját leírásuk szerint az “Az Öt kontinens – egy nemzet a világ magyarságát összefogó műsor. A világmagazin a híd és a közvetlen kapocs szerepét kívánja betölteni Magyarország és a világ különböző részein élő magyarság tagjai között. Arra keres választ, miként lehet távoli országokban megőrizni a magyar identitást, és hogyan lehet népszerűsíteni a magyar kultúrát.” Erre adtunk tehát választ mi is: hogyan sikerül a HCAP-nek a Napocska iskola által megőrizni és áthagyományozni mindazt, amit otthonról hoztunk.

We are very proud and thankful to to editors that they have shown an interest in our Napocska Hungarian School and Parents’ Club run by the HCAP. The Duna World presented a report about our school in their Five Continents One Nation show.

The show’s purpose, based on their description is to connect Hungarians all over the world. It is like a bridge connecting Hungary to Hungarians living in different areas. Also it tries to find answers for how is it possible to preserve the heritage, the Hungarian identity, and how can people of Hungarian descent promote the culture so far from the motherland. These were a few questions that we answered as well in this report. How do we preserve this culture, our heritage here, in Phoenix, at the Napocska Hungarian School and how do we pass it down to others.
