Farsang

***See poster for Hungarian***

We cordially invite you to the HCAP’s annual Farsangi Mulatság held on February 11th at 3PM.

This is a potluck where you will be able to enjoy delicious Hungarian food, as well as the company of great people! It is also an awesome opportunity to practice your Hungarian, to meet and befriend Hungarian families who share the same culture and similar values.

Besides the great food and company, you and your children will be able to participate in different games, fun activities, listen and dance to Hungarian music, etc. We are going to have a Raffle as well.

Be part of a friendly, youthful, and welcoming community who loves to share their culture with others!

We ask for a $5 donation.
With this you will support the activities of the HCAP as well as the Napocska Hungarian School. (those who would like to donate a higher amount, they are welcome to do so).
Children aged 12 or under eat for free.

Donations will be accepted on site, but can be sent to us upfront as well to the HCAP’s address.

The Hungarian Cultural Association of Phoenix (HCAP) is an independent, all-volunteer, educational, charitable and non-partisan organization open to anyone with interest in nurturing the Hungarian language and culture, regardless of world view, nationality, or religion. Our goal is to nurture the Hungarian language, culture, identity, and traditions, and make them available to present and future generations through educational programs, celebrations, commemorative events, and social gatherings. Through our mission, we aim to broaden familiarity with the Hungarian culture within the American community, thereby nurturing and strengthening Hungarian-American ties and relationships.
