On the day of the event

What will the lunch be?

We will have different appetizers made by our wonderful volunteers followed by the main course. This changes every year, but it is always something traditional to the Hungarian cuisine. We will let you know what the menu is on the flyer.

Who are the performers?

We usually invite different artists each year. These performers are either flying in from Hungary or they are well known Hungarian performers based in the U.S.

Children of the Napocska Hungarian School are also performing at this event.

I am not Hungarian/ I don’t speak Hungarian. Will I enjoy it?

Definitely! We all speak English, and music/dance is something universal. We are absolutely sure that you will enjoy the performances. If you are not a Hungarian, more so! It will be a new experience! Come and learn more about our cuisine, harvest traditions, folk music and dances, as well as listen to a contemporary Hungarian band.
